Positive Leadership Dynamics is a consulting group that focuses specifically on positive leadership development, positive living strategies, and positive organizational behavior.  Our belief is that individuals, leaders, organizations and teams achieve the greatest potential when a positive, solution-focused and strengths-based approach pervades organizational culture.

Our efforts with organizational leadership consulting, advising, writing, and professional coaching, help people (both individuals and organizations) to determine and define personal and professional opportunities.  We work with them to create and conduct distinct, practical strategies for success. We use a framework of solution-focused living and leadership, with expertise in positive organizational behavior and positive culture development.
